I just want to ask though
Doesnt Turkey have its Meteor equivalent

I am not sure. But we asked for Meteor with the Eurofighters we ordered.

And Greece is pressuring France again. They summoned the French ambassador.

Erdoğan is playing 7D chess am I right? He hates Israel am I right? Syria is free am I right?

fucking pee brained Islamists celebrating for nothing 😅 can't wait for the day Turkey gets a good leader and Israel, Iran Armenia and all the other rats in the region cry as their ypg weasels get crushed. I think the biggest crybabies will be Islamists like @Lool

The day is coming, CIAslamists will get crushed soon

Without firing a single bullet in Syria, Israel first raised its flag and then built its military base on Syrian soil...

I wrote here 3 months ago that Israel would border our troops but everybody laughed dumb again LoL hAhAhA etcetera.

You guys should see the behind the curtains. Nobody could stop us in the region - not Russia, not Iran.

Thats why they send Israel.

Yet Turkey was supposedly the mastermind behind the rebel takeover? Couldn't they see this coming. They're covering the truth up, I think we will only know the truth once Erdo gets removed from power.

And the other countries involved in the METEOR project will exert enormous pressure on France to conclude this deal.
Don't forget: EU armaments projects stand or fall with their cooperation!
England, Italy & Co and France, Germany & Co are already going their separate ways on the GEN 6 aircraft and this will continue.
I give the EU another 20 years and it will only exist on paper in the form of bilateral trade and a few basic laws.

I'm not sure why Greece is so scared, it's not like the Turkish army couldn't steamroll them in a 1 v. 1 regardless if it came to that. A few more missiles more or less aren't gonna stop Lieutenant Dimitrios from getting marched down the streets of Athens with a gun pointed at his head if Greece is stupid enough to pick a fight with Turkey.

I think that the technical knowledge they gained is probably one of the reasons.
They are aware that the Gökhan RAMJET missile is under development, and through the METEOR missile, especially because of the seeker or the GEL fuel, Turkey could gain knowledge that could significantly help with its air-to-air missiles.

For Greece, Turkey was more controllable with imported US weapons within certain limits, see the countless embargoes and sanctions by USA & Europe due to the pressure of the Greek/Armenian and partly Israeli lobby in USA and Europe.
That's over now, they all know that they are up to their necks in shit, otherwise they wouldn't want to block it by all means.

Greece always wants people to do their dirty work for them.

That is self delusional. As it stands right now,on paper, the Greek Armed forces are superior in many chapters to the Turkish ones, and, more than enough to deter agression on a defence only basis.

Not bashing on Turkie's Armed Forces but thinking you could "steamroll" a nation with some 200+ 4,4+,5th(incoming) generation fighter jets, thousands of tanks ( ranging from modern to older models),Patriot AA and other AA batteries, artillery, men willing to fight, etc,it's delusional

According to a report prepared by 5 senators from the French Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee who visited Turkiye, TR wants to give support the 6th generation fighter jet program “FCAS”

The US moves that point to isolationism and its desire to re-evaluate Canada and Greenland issues in line with its own interests are creating a cold shower in the Franco political understanding, which could be a lever for Turkish-French rapprochement.

I think the US is in the process of becoming the new Russia. They'll become less trustworthy, their safety standards have dropped and will continue to, it'll all continue to rot from within until it becomes an isolated power.

The future partner for Europe will be the Organization of Turkic States. I expect cooperation all the way from North Africa to Central Asia to stop the refugee crisis, defence cooperation, etc.

If Trump manages to piss off Europe a lot, meanwhile Türkiye gets a better leader, we could see a multipolar world that looks like this:

China-Russia-Iran

USA-UK-AUS

OTS-EU-possibily Japan and Korea

This would piss off a lot of people, but I think it would benefit this planet.

When the components of the OTS are physically bordering countries, with Central Asia gaining access to the open seas through the Turkish navy, the OTS is certainly poised to become a power center, which ironically will create a useful paradigm for world peace as it will create a buffer zone between traditional blocs that will avoid a clash of powers. Intermediate Region is an east-west synthesis. We are closer to the east than the west, and closer to the west than the east. I don't want to babble too much because it's off-topic, but I think there are many actors in the world, both from the west and the east, who are trying to take a position that is compatible with this new paradigm that is emerging. What I am saying is not nonsense like neo-Ottomanism, but that we can have a bigger role in creating a world order in the spirit of the times than many Turks imagine.

Neo Ottoman Empire is just a boogeyman. Turkiye defending its interests and being more proactive pisses a lot people off hence why the shitty tags.

Turkiye is a regional power its pretty retarded to think it will sit back and do nothing. Turkiye tried it numerous times instead its houses got burnt.

They even tried to be peaceful with Pkk, isis and Al qaeda instead they took advantage of it to attack Turkiye. Even the Taliban is acting hostile to Turkiye.

Everytime you give an olive branch to them they spit on it. Same with Russia, Iran, Greece and Armenia.
