Chinese PLA's highest outpost in Tibet, altitude 5371meters, how it has changed from a tiny stone roofless shelter into a high tech military outpost where soldiers can grow fresh vegetables in their own high tech labs, oxygen is being constantly pumped into the rooms. The temperature outside can go down to minus 40 degrees celsius while inside is fully air conditioned maintain the temperature around 20 degrees.
