Military camouflage is an important and useful technology that contributes to enabling individuals and equipment to evade surveillance and sensor devices, which facilitates operations on the battlefield. It should be noted that development and innovation in this field is constant whenever threats increase and they become a major and difficult challenge that may cost armies huge losses.
No matter the accuracy and quality of camouflage, infrared signals are visible in most cases, so it was necessary to develop an invisible camouflage fabric for infrared sensors. As a result HT4 fabric has been tested which helps reduce the infrared signature of protected items such as personnel, vehicles and weapons.
HT4 anti-infrared fabric is invisible and can be manufactured with a reversible camouflage that absorbs and reflects near and far rays. It is resistant to extreme temperatures, providing thermal protection for workers in harsh environmental conditions. It is lightweight, durable, and breathable. It resists abrasion. It is foldable and compact, which makes it easy to transport.

Available camouflages are:
Brown/green, desert, urban/rocky, snow.

The HT4 technology was developed by Kastinger and has been certified by the French Defense Innovation Agency and won the 2024 Prix de l'Audace for Military Innovation.
