Might make sense to give the Su-30s some strike capabilities. Maybe for surprise attacks from long range with targeting data supplied by drones? @Zapper does all Flanker variant can carry it? Regarding the aircraft structure and pods.
I still rather the Su-30 be gradually phased out. Operating both Western and Russian aircraft brings many logistic challenges. Many Western munitions can be used across American, Korean and even French aircraft while for Russian Su-30 you need a completely different supply chain which is inefficient.

Kasau would have to negotiate Russia to leave Ukraine unconditionally and Putin to step down willfully for that to happen.
But, Make sense!
Su-57 has the better low observability, higher thrust engine with supercruise, the more packed with electronics (it has cheek AESA radar) and prolly won't cost as much.
Radar would still be behind APG-82v1 but who cares.
