What i don't like is, thing is not as simple as u think. Indonesian Navy back then already chose Eurocopter Phanter in 2014 and signing order through MoU first, but the contract actually concluded in 2017/18 if i recall. Procurement process in any democracy country when the country is not in war is never easy
