"On Wednesday, 26 August, Avibras and the Brazilian Army (EB) successfully conducted a test launch of the AV-TM 300, also known as the MTC-300 Tactical Cruise Missile, from an ASTROS II (Artillery SaTuration ROcket System) launcher at the Army Evaluation Center (Marambaia Test Range) in Rio de Janeiro. The Tactical Cruise Missile is part of the ASTROS artillery system’s portfolio of precision-guided munitions and is capable of striking targets at ranges of up to 300 kilometers."
