Where is optical for targeting?
Possibly a rebranded target drone, the nose indicates a payload section possibly for telemetry or some sort of RF payload (modulation, target imitation). That nose could be just a paint for the visualization too. They can take their way from there to integrate a warhead, optics and other necessary tools, don't mind them getting a start with rebranded tools in thos stage.

Nowhere close to switchblade or others in the class, merely a RC toy at this stage but could be useful if evolves into a real target-decoy-anti radiation drone with modular hot-nose, RF payload, warhead etc.

There's a minigun at the back, I thought it was Pindad SMML at first but it's different

It's Pindad booth btw, so logically it shouldn't be Dillon Aero M134 minigun

looks like they used a pneumatic launcher, i hope they would improvised it with later version using a small rocket booster/rocket assisted launch so that the system would be much more compact in size.

It still need to be guided manually so it's just an RC at this point.

But yeah, it has potential.

An ESM / SINGINT - ELINT platform or AESA - APAR ? Number of faces involved and the dome on top looks like an ELINT - ESM.
The one on top could be a direction finder while the ones on below could be array - antennas to collect the data.
ITB passive radar

ITB passive radar
Passive radar = ELINT - ESM Antenna.
Does it have AESA architecture then? Anything told in the video? The one on top looks like a mechanically steered direction finder and others on below are like ELINT antennas. If AESA, that would provide good spatial resolution and target location.
