It was revealed that the United Arab Emirates (UAE) sent many agents to Syria to provide training on intelligence techniques to the terrorist organization YPG / PKK.
According to the information obtained by the AA reporter, the UAE, which started secret talks with the YPG / PKK in 2017, sent intelligence officers to the occupied areas since the following year.
UAE intelligence officials, who arrived at the designated points during this period, provided training to YPG / PKK terrorists on espionage, counter-espionage, sabotage, assassination acts, signal intelligence, information security and communication networks.
These activities were held in Qamishli, Haseke and Deir ez-Zor.
The UAE, which also provided technical equipment to the organization for intelligence activities, established a secret communication network where it communicated directly with the YPG / PKK.
They organized assassinations
The AA reporter went to Syria at regular intervals and reached the code names of some of the UAE agents who gave intelligence support to the organization.
The agent, code named Abdullatif Abdulkadir Hamruş, both worked and provided training in the field of information security and signal intelligence at the YPG / PKK in Qamishli for 1 year.
Mohammed Abdulkadir al-Shehhi, another UAE agent, carried out assassinations on behalf of the organization in Syria.
Ahmed Raşid Muhammed also gave trainings to the organization on cryptology and communication networks.
