The fun here lies in the fact :

1. Putin basically could get away with his actions in Ukraine
2. The West is now at war with its own institution

No. 2 will weaken them in the long run.

Without checking, my guess is that neither the 'official state' of Israel nor the 'unofficial state' of Gaza/Palestine recognise the authority of the ICC, so no extradition will take place. According to my understanding, if ICC issues an arrest warrant, the person concerned cannot visit countries recognising the ICC without being arrested (as is the case with Putin).

No, Palestine is a member of ICC. Besides, if charged Israeli leaders visit any of the member states, they will be obliged to arrest them.
