They did a suprise attack, last time when clashes happened they lost more men.

This is not so unusual and at least Tajiks themselves seem to view themselves as stronger hence they are always the aggressors which causes causalities in Kırgızistan, civilian as well as militarily. They have water disputes over Aksu river and if Tajiks want to go to war over it they will pay a heavy price i don't think they understand that. The river also flows in Uzbek territory so if Tajiks continue to act agressive it might cause a closer cooperation between the two Turkic council members and actually do the Turkic world a favor. Turkey should vocally support Kırgızistan

Let's not forget that we signed a military cooperation agreement with them several months ago.. I bet there's a lot of work going on behind the scenes.
