Shitty camo schemes, third rate vehicle. Previous Hızır deliveries were made to border units with EU funds; these ones instead are armed and lack cameras. Wonder what are they for.

One idea could be that this is like a workaround FMS. These vehicles are delivered to TSK and then will be delivered to partner nations in Africa etc. Aside from the very non idea camo, as stated Hızır is not a TSK standard vehicle.
