The constitutional amendment made in Algeria yesterday was accepted in a referendum with 66% of the people's vote. In the previous constitution, the deployment of troops by the Algerian army across the border was prohibited. However, this ban was lifted with the constitutional amendment. If the clashes in Libya intensify again, Algeria will not hesitate to deploy troops in Tripoli.

It kinda doesn't matter whoever chooses to vote get's a say in how the future will look.

The same goes for here in Denmark.

Public housing democracy doesn't have more that 12-15% turnout because only old ppl show up in person to vote. everyone is busy with their lives.

I hope a 5 year agreement has been signed or longer because if we're there to train and help rebuild Libya, you can't say "we'll stay as long as requested" what then if a new government is elected and they're bullied into expelling TSK ?

You need long term contracts to save/prevent governments from being bullied into caving in to pressure.

Especially if we're there to train and reestablish a proper Libyan Armed Forces. Take the pressure on US in Iraq as an example.
