The Syrian National Army (SNA) announced today that it has launched a new military operation called ‘Dawn of Freedom’. It was stated that the operation will be carried out against the Syrian regime and the PKK/YPG terrorist organisation.

The statement said that the aim of the operation is to liberate the occupied territories, ensure the security of the people and stand against repeated attacks. SNA drew attention to the violations of rights and oppression of the people by the regime forces, Iran-backed militias and PKK/YPG.

The statement also emphasised that the operation will focus on military targets and the protection of the civilian population is a priority. The SNA pledged to ensure the safety of the people and defend the rights of the oppressed.

While no details were given on which regions the operation covers, given the SNA's previous activities, it is assessed that the regime and YPG-controlled areas in northern Syria may be targeted.

Türkiye cant do shit,threatened by the US and Russia.
They just want to get rid of the HTS and the other jihadi's,thats all.
Expect a bombing raid from the Russians(flatten everything) and fire power from the YPG/PKK with help from the Americans(probably drones).

The PKK will get the North(Aleppo and surroundings) as a buffer against Türkiye and Assad will be safe in Damascus.
