PKK is still active in Syria. They were waving their flags across the southeast and even Istanbul a few weeks ago. Meanwhile the Syrian government can't be trusted, whether through their own stupidity or through foreign intelligence, their will be more scenarios where they'll attack Alawaites. The Jewish propaganda machine will spread this news like wildfire...

Frankly, I don't think going this deep into Syria is a smart move at this time when there's so much trouble deep behind the frontlines. There's also the issue of not having anything that can challenge Israeli F-35s at the moment.

There better be some secret order of Kızılelmas and Anka 3s or else this is an incredibly stupid move. Obviously Israel will either need to bow to Turkish dominance or be taught a lesson eventually, but Türkiye needs stealth platforms before it can challenge them. I sincerely hope this isn't a government move to distract people from the protests.

Diving headfirst into Damascus when Israel has been bombing it up until recently is just dumb. What's going to stop them from bombing it again. Or hitting one of our bases and claiming it wasn't them who did it? Even the UAE did this before in Libya and of course AKP responded with silence.

When 30 Turkish soliders died in an airstrike, it took public outrage to get a response. Boy it was a good response as TSK is good when left to do it's thing. But if tomorrow Israel uses its F35s and does the same thing, is TSK just going to lob some missiles at them Iran style?

Striking a deactivated air defense battery in Libya didn't change a shit , as no Turkish military personnel were killed . Meanwhile, Emirati personnel were killed in Libya, and Haftar suffered a humiliating defeat in Tripoli.

In Syria, Turkey prevented the occupation of Idlib, which laid to defeat of Russia and its puppet Bashar al-Assad.

Have you even looked at my post history? I've been calling for a full blown operation against them for a long time.

I'm not happy with the current situation. AKP has made peace with PKK/YPG in order to get Kurdish votes. This will bite Türkiye in the ass in a few years when the peace process is over.

To add to what I said, Türkiye can beat Israel in a war of attrition. But a limited skirmish deep in Syria is in their favor right now. PURELY due to F-35s. Kızılelmas haven't had weapon tests yet and ANKA 3s are in very limited numbers.

Sure, sending air defences is great, but perhaps it would be best to wait for some stealth platforms to enter the inventory before stepping in that deep.
