Second one could be for Akdogan or Bozdoğan maybe? To carry multiple Bozdoğan on large UAVs or Hurjet / F-16 at a single pylon?

First one seems to belong an ATGM judging from the length-diameter ratio, but also may belong to NLOS for Naval Platforms or TRLG 230.

But Tomahawk cruise missile can launched by torpedo tubes, I thought. Diameter of 53 cm.

Atmaca have a diameter of 35 cm,almost 2 time smaller then tomahawk. We don't have nuclear subs to store that amount missiles to, if we want to use cruisemissiles from sub like Gezgin we need not 2000 ton what reis class is, im quessing at least 3500 ton class subs. We even don't now what MILDEN will be, like displacements.

It seems Tubitak SAGE is conducting smart mine tests

Maybe we'll see the development of a VLS for submarines too?

GM of Roketsan just had a go at Aselsan and SAGE - He said that there should be more cooperation among the companies so that projects could be worked together and R&D costs could be shared whilst preventing the development of the same type of weapon system by various companies.

He is right. A higher committee should be formed to deal with those disputes between defense industry companies. Lately, too many redundant projects appeared in the defense industry.

Great news. Finally YTKBs will have indigenously built ASW rockets.
I hope that these boats will also be furnished with more assault weapons of ASUW class like MRAShMs and defensive weapons like Gokdeniz ER and/or Sungur.
