Supposed to say .... If you / turks have the power/means to annex whole kurdistan land / people . you would prefer to simply let it away ( in a controlled comdition ) rather than to make amend and starting a new ?? Pardon my idiotic question here but i smply curious about your honest answer ... Either the rift are too deep or else ??!i know for sure it was not about a racial hatred . it was simply a cold hard calculated political logical thinking .

99.9% or more of Turks don't have racial hatred. There is a very high quote of Turkish-Kurdish marriages. Mostly Kurdish men marrying Turkish women. We have some previous presidents and many previous and current ministers and parlament members of Kurdish origin. Kurds are everywhere in Türkiye and some very well-off in big cities. Their population is about 15%. The problem is that they want to establish an independent kurdish state in cities where they have some majority, whereas other minorities in Türkiye recognize Türkiye as their umbrella state and are happy with it, even though they may be poorer than Kurds. Kurds have all kinds of freedom and they can speak their own language without problems, last twenty years or so. Also in cities where they don't have majority, they want Kurdish to be an official language. The question arises what to do with other minorities. PKK, a kurdish terrorist organization has committed atrocious crimes. Killed babies, nurses and young teachers Turkish state sent to care for its kurdish population. Most kurds don't like Turks really and don't want to live together, whereas a sizeable portion of the turkish population regards kurds as their "brothers". There were some restrictions in the past regarding the cultural identity of kurds as well as in the more distance past in 1920s and 1940s there were some tribal uprisings which the turkish military at the time oppressed harshly. I don't think this explains the animosity though, as during Ottoman times, pure Turks called Turkmens were subject to much harsher execution but they don't have such animosity. Unfortunately, PKK has a broad support among kurdish people, and this is the biggest problem of Türkiye. This problem is a masterpiece example of divide and conquer strategy of British empire, later adopted by EU, US, and recently by Israel. My estimate is that it will eventually be resolved by granting Kurds the "ownership" rights of Türkiye, whose name will be changed to something like "Turkish-Kurdish Federal Republic". I'd have preferred the solution of keeping Türkiye, but most likely it is too late now for this as the costs of insisting on it would be too high in today's world.
