The Ukrainian army began to use the Croatian 128-mm RAK-12 MLRS mounted on the chassis of the Humvee armored vehicle. The RACK-12 MLRS was developed in the early 1990s for the needs of the Croatian army, based on the Yugoslav M-63 Plamen MLRS, which was developed in 1963. Now this MLRS is in service with the armies of Croatia, Azerbaijan and was seen in Syria. The updated RAKSA-12 MILES from Madlerd is designed to fire at large areas at distances from 800 to 8500 meters. Croatian engineers have extremely lightened the design, which now weighs 570 kg without missiles and can be towed and installed on equipment. The launcher can launch 12 M91, M91A1 and M91A2 rockets. The transfer time of the launcher from transport to combat position is 1 minute 30 seconds.
