There is not ONE foreign volunteer caught or jailed or rebranded as terrorist when they joined SDF/YPG/PKK.

Not ONE time did the Western media report about this problem.

But muslim youth who traveled from Europe to the borders of Turkey and Iraq and joined ISIS, their kids in the West were tooken by childcare, their financial assets and bankaccounts were frozen, they got jailed and punished when they turned back home (even their wives and kids got jailed). They were branded as terrorists and their name and surnames were revealed in the papers. Even Turkey got blamed and accused of supporting ISIS.

Not one journalist speaks about European volunteers fighting for PKK. They see them as those “heroic volunteers” who joined the Revolutionairies during the Spanish Civil War against the Monarchists.

Yes, but the problem.is US forces are using that downtime to invade and mark the territory for PKK. Unless TSK moves in and contest them, I don't think it's going to be good. Unless local population makes an upris against US

Difficult if not nearly impossible to happen

Just today, Russia gave its base in Kobani (Ayn al Arab) to the US in order to protect the PKK/YPG/SDF and this means that the US led by Joe Biden will stand against Turkey no matter the cost in Syria

I think Erdogan and the HTS will wait for Trump since this is the only path that will prevent any confrontation between Turkey and the US. However, Trump can betray Turkey at a moment's notice at any point in time

Situation is slowly turning grim at this point. The HTS/SNA havent even cleared all of Manbij's surrounding regions, lost the area near the dam with some reports indicating that the radical kurds havent even left Sheikh Massoud district of Aleppo.
