Minister of Transportation Abdulkadir Uraloglu

- A maritime jurisdiction agreement will be signed with Syria.
- At the point of oil and hydrocarbon exploration: 2 countries will share all kinds of authorization, taking into account international law.
- Damascus and Aleppo Airports in Syria will be revived by the State Airports Authority (DHMI).
- Airline: In the first stage, Damascus - Istanbul flights will be launched.
- A series of infrastructure investments will be made through TIKA and AFAD.
- Ankara Damascus Railway: There are parts of the railways that leave Turkiye and go all the way to Hejaz. We will quickly identify them and take a position to ensure the integrity of the railroad to Damascus in the first stage.

It is not among the questions asked, but it is estimated that in the first stage, starting from Aleppo, the GSM network and fiber optic infrastructure of Turkish companies will be expanded for the benefit of the Syrian people.

In addition to transportation, the Syrian Ministry of Energy also needs major support. Because one of the most urgent problems in Syria right now is electricity supply. In all cities, there is no electricity for half the day or there are constant outages. In the upcoming period, Syria has the potential to be a net electricity exporter in terms of both its suitability for solar energy and its oil potential, but huge investments are needed to transform this potential.

It is very difficult for economic activity in Syria to truly revive until the energy and transportation infrastructure is upgraded to a certain level. Once Syria is no longer a country in a state of civil war where trade is at a standstill, of course Syria can achieve huge growth figures, but the real goal should be to transform Syria's potential as quickly as possible and turn our brotherly ally into a solid country.

Notes from Serhat Erkmen's observations in Syria:

1. In the north, the Manbij/Aynularap line is very hot. Clashes between SNA/YPG have intensified. There may be much more serious developments on this line in the near future. This possibility triggers other developments.

2.Ahmet Shara said that everyone, including the YPG, should hand over their weapons and join the new army. If the YPG surrenders its weapons, the PYD will be crippled. The PYD is under pressure from two sides.

3.PYD is facing new problems not only in the north but also in other regions. Demonstrations have started in Raqqa, Deir ez-Zor and Hasakah. These demonstrations are close to turning into a revolt for the removal of the PYD. It is cornered.

4. The PYD received support from the US and FR. Under the supervision of 2 states, ENKS/PYD negotiations started. The aim is to establish a common front and protect its presence in the northeast. Probably the process will accelerate. A new demand for autonomy/federalism is coming. This demand will create new fights under the current conditions.

5. A new ISIS fictionalization is underway. Attack tempo increased in the desert. Soon YPG-controlled prisons where ISIS militants are held will be raided. Hundreds of ISIS militants will escape. Car bomb attacks will start. A rescuer is needed. Does anyone remember this movie?

6. Diplomatic traffic intensified in Damascus. After Foreign Minister H. Fidan, Damascus has received more high-level visitors. Yesterday, ministers and delegations from Jordan, Qatar and Saudi Arabia arrived. Soon there will be more western visitors. Some come to support and some to see what is happening.

7. The political process has accelerated. There is a National Conference soon. The conference will elect a president. The president is already decided. Then the constitutional process will start. Most are too obsessed with the new government. But cannot understand the political process by looking at the government. The government is technocratic, not political.

8. The indicators of the political process are the governor appointments, the components of the conference and the constitutional committee. By looking at this we will understand what kind of political process it will be. Right now the focus is on managing the transition. The constitutional process will be long and difficult. There may be fighting.

9. The National Army should not be neglected. HTS is expanding the front. Most of the SNA has agreed to unite under the new national army. Some are outside.

10. Let's come to the main issue. The main problem in Syria is the dire bad economic situation. The burden of years has taken its toll on everyone. Salaries are too low, prices too expensive. As long as the sanctions are in place, neither investment can come in nor the necessary repairs can be made. How will the sanctions be lifted?

11. Sanctions are being used as leverage. The new constitution and sanctions issue will go hand in hand. It is unlikely that sanctions will be lifted without negotiations. But people are in a difficult situation. After the war, after the economic hardship, when people were hoping for relief, an economic crisis would prematurely dash their hopes.

President Erdoğan received Velid Canbolat, leader of the Druze community.
Trivia: Canbolat's great-great grandfather was Canbolat pasha, who was martyred in Magosa during the conquest of Cyprus. There are also many figures in the family who served as administrators, military and intelligence officers in the Ottoman state. Walid Canbolat's political understanding was also heavily influenced by Ottomanism. Velid Canbolat words are of great importance in preventing the insidious game that is currently being played in Syria and Lebanon through the Durzis.

I cant be certain. Erdogan yesterday said that " tonight or tomorrow we will come " referencing about an op to Ayn Al Arab and also there were a lot of Turkish Army reinforcements around Ayn Al Arab. I think behind the scenes they are negotiating. But thats just my opinion.
Yeah,i dont know man.
Looks like the Americans made their statement.
Why the hell would they be there in Ayn Al Arab, new base in Rakka?
Dont think Trump will make the Americans leave.

It would be naive to think that American's are just gonna pack their bags and leave Syria. A lot of Israelis look to Northern Syria as a Buffer between Turkey and Israel and wanna protect it at all cost. It all ends up in Erdoğan. If he wants he can put an end to it right now and noone would do a damn thing. Last week there was a waiver about Russian Nuclear Power Plant and this week German Foreign Minister visited Turkey and now Eurofighter deal was thrown. I think Erdoğan is milking this situation for political gain. Time will tell if he is gonna do the op or not.

May be there could be a withdrawal of SDF from those area so the Americans wants to be there sighting the ISIS taking advantage of the situation until a proper Syrian armed forces is formed to hand over power.

ISIS on the Turkish border?
Al that is left of ISIS is in the south and middle eastern part of Syria, small pockets.
The Americans only come there to prevent us from taking that part by force from the PKK(SDF/YPG is PPK).
Its a warning :''We are there dont do it''.
You should not believe the SDF fantasy, its just the PKK in a new coat given by the US and confirmed by US generals on a Senat hearing.

Definitely SDF is an extension of pkk, I am quiet aware of it, and Americans in fact renamed them as SDF, because of the middle word democratic to depict and fool people, that they are different from blood thirsty ways, US need to stay in Syria to show that they are still in control of things and, so they bring up the nonexistent threat of ISIS.

That's Why it's necessary to conduct an operation from several points and fast like blitzkrieg. The PKK has dug in and rely on US presence to deterre us from doing anything. Because they have seen it work in the past
