A significant part of the money collected from Syrian oil and extortion from the Syrian people, as well as from drug, arms and human trafficking under US protection, goes to these foreign mercenary militants. Some of them come from such shitholes that 700-800 dollars per month is considered a big life change opportunity. Although the main indoctrination systematic used in recruitment is the Marxist-Leninist approach, there is a propaganda network that tries to create historical links with Zionism, or Kurdish fascism and even zoroastrianism. So I think Indian/Iranian terrorists in YPG ranks are not very surprising.

Hence bombing the fields or making sure they change hands to SNA/HTS is imperative. We need glidebombs for TB2 akinci and Anka that can reach these fields.

This problem had to be dealt with in the heat of the moment, before the enemy was given the opportunity to reorganize and develop a new strategy. As all we saw, Israel rushed to invade and wanted to destroy strategic munitions depots and facilities. The Syrian state did not have the capacity to pose a military threat to Israel, but it had the power to crush the proxy ypg. Iraq was ambivalent and remained in a pro-regime neutral position. Also some wanted to play the game again over the Durzis and Alawites. On the other hand, the east of the Euphrates is under occupation by a US-Israeli backed terrorist organization and whoever interferes with this structure is threatened with an international economic attack. The more it comes to a political solution, the more sensitive the line of Syria's territorial integrity and the will of the revolutionary Arab-Turkmen people, who make up 80% of Syria, harder to not be strangled.

In our own war of liberation, when we both abolished the sultanate and defeated the imperialist alliance forces and their proxy state and terrorist organizations and established our free state, unfortunately we could not ensure our territorial integrity. We declared a legitimate republic by signing a peace treaty that left about 25% of our homeland outside our borders and thus millions of our cognates outside the country. Gazi Atatürk's lifetime was only enough for Hatay. This experience should be analyzed very well by Syrians who want to establish a unitary republic in Syria based on the will of the people, and especially Turkmens should learn from it.

The delirium in the Iranian press continues. So much so that there are now those who admit their sectarian terror by saying that they should develop an alliance with the US in Syria, as they did in the US invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq.

Iranian State TV: We should ally the U.S. against the TR, just like we did in Iraq, by supporting the SDF.
From Death to America... to let's ally with the USA against Türkiye.

Logically speaking, if one of the regional poles gets too strong this will bring the other poles closer together. There may occur a realignment among the other poles, Saudis, Egypt and Iran. Cajoling Iran out of that potential triumvirate is out of the question as they are isolated economically, so the only options are Egypt and Saudis. There should be busy traffic between Ankara-Riyadh and Ankara-Cairo to ensure them of our good faith in Syria, distancing from Ihvan (at least aesthetically), and some other moves to prevent any reconciliation which may happen. Unlike what some have said about a potential Kaan deal, despite the fact that Saudis are using it as bargaining chip against Americans but still favorable deals should be offered to extend the sense of good will.

From the same perspective, Türkiye could open up a space for KSA to escape the squeeze between Israel and Iran.

Coincidentally, I came across this tweet:

Ahmed al-Sharaa:

Israel was planning to enter Syria, then Iran would intervene (the scenario of Syria being officially divided).
Iran's 40-year project in Syria collapsed in 11 days. (Reference to the Shiite crescent)
The Iranian Revolution exported Captagon drug production to Syria. (He describes Iran as a narco-structure.)
Iran caused sectarian conflicts, wars and corruption in Syria. (The devastating effect on the Syrian state that may be subject to compensation later)

*

If KSA takes the right steps, it can get out of the process with its hands washed. There are two scapegoats.

The region marked as "4" is extremly important especially Al-Tabqah, if you hold that town you basically have the opportunity to cut off Raqqa from Ayn Al Arab and you control the dam (energy). Regions 2 and 3 are majority Arab also SDF's forces there are, so it's very unlikely that YPG/PKK can hold on in those regions.

Training a new Syrian armed forces is very important, need to train them fast and have AD systems ready in place.

Why is everyone so obsessed with AD systems? Unless you are part of NATO or Israel, investing in AD systems is a huge waste of money and resources.

If you are attacked by the US or Israel, your AD systems will get annihilated quickly without being able to defend a single target.

In the case of Syria, who would they defend against with AD systems? They won’t be attacked by Iran or Russia anytime soon, and if the US or Israel decide to strike inside Syria, no ammount of AD systems will help.
