Following the explosion of TUSAS-Turkish Aerospace Industries Inc at the entrance gate of Kahramankazan, Aviation Boulevard, Ankara, gunshots were heard. For security reasons, it was stated that the personnel were directed to the shelters.

Security forces, fire brigades and medical teams were dispatched to the scene.

Interior Minister Yerlikaya: "After the attack, unfortunately, we have martyrs and wounded people"​

Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya reported that there were martyrs and wounded people in result of a terrorist attack on the Turkish Aerospace Industries Joint Stock Company (TUSAS).

Minister Yerlikaya gave the following information in a statement from his social media account:

"Terrorist attack was carried out against the Turkish Aerospace Industries AS (TUSAS), Ankara Kahramankazan facilities. Unfortunately, we have martyrs and wounded people after the attack. May Allah have mercy on our martyrs; I wish our wounded people urgent healing. The public will be informed of the developments. Take into account statements only from official sources."

Center for the Fight against Disinformation: "The baseless allegations about what happened in TUSAS should not be respected"​

Presidential Communication Presidency Anti-Disinformation Center, TUSAS Kahramankazan requested that the unfounded claims about what happened in the facilities should not be given importance.

In the statement made by the Anti-Disinformation Center it was said, "Take into account the statements to be made from official sources about what happened at the TUSAS Kahramankazan facilities. Do not give importance false claims" he said.
