Good find
@Nilgiri .
Interesting that Iran's name appears most frequently, judging from a quick read.
Also interesting that UAE, Netherlands, Singapore, Hong Kong and Cyprus have been used as conduits for transferring these items quite often.
Also interesting that Singaporean regime had no compunctions in extraditing its own citizens to the USA for violating US domestic laws, I believe. In effect, telling the world that the Singaporean regime is subservient to the USA. Perhaps, a client state if you would use more diplomatic terminology.
Also interesting to note that no single individual was extradited from Iran or China proper by the respective governments.
From a quick read, I could not find any item that would be impossible to procure elsewhere. Perhaps military grade chips said to be procured discreetly by the Chinese would be one such item listed on that document. In that case, more information on the type of chips used would be useful. It is plausible that alternative sources for military grade chips could be discovered but not necessarily advertised in public.
Also interesting to read that according to US laws, boycott of Israeli individuals or goods is subject to fines but evading restrictions imposed by the American regime on export of certain items, by individuals not subject to US laws, can also result in imprisonment and/or fines.
This is particularly true for client states of the USA such as Singapore, the Arab dictatorial regimes, Japan, South Korea and such.
Countries such as China, Russia, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, India, Pakistan and as far as Italy were often the supposed destinations of these restricted items.
