Assembly and launch of the Orlan-10 UAV. The drone is refueled with AI-95 fuel and launched from a catapult. At the time of launch, wind speeds up to 10 m/s are allowed. Orlan-10 can stay in the air for up to 16-18 hours. The landing of the UAV is carried out using a parachute and an inflatable air bag. In case of an emergency landing, it is possible for individual structures to detach from each other in the air to reduce damage during landing. After improvements, the drone can also land on the ship, for this, a grid is pulled on the ship. Tests have shown that Orlan is capable of flying up to 1000 km in autonomous mode, which is an excellent result in this class of UAV.

Personnel training Russian FPV drone operators in Ukraine. Recently, FPV drones have become very popular and are increasingly being used by the armies of Russia and Ukraine. The drone is small enough that it is difficult for air defense systems to notice and intercept it. The FPV drone is able to fly into buildings and maneuver there at high speed, it can also carry out reconnaissance at close range and direct artillery. The main difference from large drones and UAVs is that the operator controls the copter in the first person with glasses, which increases the accuracy of the strike. Depending on the model, the combat load of an FPV drone can be up to 1 kg. But the most effective load is 400 g of TNT. In battles in Ukraine, VOG-17, VOG-25 and other lightweight ammunition are used to defeat the enemy.

The Russian army began to actively use the Inohodets UAV, this is a strike version of the Orion UAV tested in Syria. The development of the Russian UAV "Orion" began in 2011, since then it has been constantly developing. The drone is quite large, the wingspan is 16 meters, the length of the device is 8 meters, but thanks to the use of composite materials, even a propeller is made of them, the drone is difficult to detect by air defense systems. The drone uses elements of artificial intelligence, thanks to which, in the event of some kind of failure, loss of communication with the operator or other emergency situation, the device is able to return to the base, land and drive into the hangar. The UAV is equipped with an anti-icing system, which allows it to be used in northern latitudes. The Pacer drone is capable of conducting reconnaissance and correcting fire with laser-guided munitions, and can itself deliver high-precision missile and bomb strikes. The armament of the drone is KAB-20 and KAB-50 corrected aerial bombs, UPAB-50 guided gliding bomb and Kh-50 guided missile. The drone is also armed with X-UAV ammunition, this is an air version of the Kornet-D ATGM missile, the missile can hit targets at a distance of up to 10 km and be guided by a laser beam and using a thermal and television system. The average height of the use of the drone is 5 kilometers, which will allow it to avoid being hit by MANPADS systems. The range of the drone with a repeater is up to 300 km. The drone is equipped with radar and optoelectronic reconnaissance equipment. The takeoff weight of the UAV is 1200 kg, the payload weight is up to 200 kg, the flight duration is at least 24 hours, the cruising speed is 180 km/h, the drone can rise to a height of up to 7500 meters.

There were shots of the use by the Russian army of the Eleron-7 reconnaissance UAV, also created by the ENICS company. The Eleron-7 UAV is built on the basis of the serially produced Eleron-3SV complex, the developers have updated the airframe, power plant, battery and payload equipment of the drone. The Eleron T28ME UAV is designed for round-the-clock aerial optoelectronic reconnaissance at a distance of up to 40 kilometers and an altitude of up to 5000 meters. The UAV can fly autonomously, for this, before starting, a task program is entered into the onboard memory and the drone flies in radio silence mode. The drone is equipped with electric motors and is able to stay in the air for up to 3 hours, while developing a speed of up to 130 km/h. The UAV uses a parachute system to land. The takeoff weight of the drone is 6.5 kg, the maximum payload is 1.5 kg.

Footage of the launch of the Russian kamikaze drone "Lancet" has been published. There is very little information on the drone, the manufacturer ZALA AERO provides only a minimum of data. Loitering ammunition "Lancet" is available in 3 types. A reduced version of the Lancet-1 drone, the warhead of the drone is high-explosive fragmentation weighing 1 kg, the flight time is 30 minutes at a distance of up to 40 km at a speed of up to 110 km/h, the take-off weight of the drone is 5 kg. The second version is the Lancet-3 drone, it is larger and heavier, the take-off weight of the drone has increased to 12 kg. The warhead of the drone is supplemented with a variant with a shaped charge weighing up to 3 kg. The flight time, depending on the load, already reaches 60 minutes, at a distance of up to 70 km, at a peak speed of up to 300 km / h. The third version of the loitering ammunition, the Lancet-3M drone, an upgraded version that received an X-shaped wing and small X-shaped plumage in the tail. There is no data on this model, as well as on the Lancet-5 and Lancet-10 drones of which information sometimes appears. It is not clear whether the Lancet-3M will replace the Lancet-3 version, or whether they will be released in parallel, one thing is for sure, the drone is constantly being improved. All drone models have an electric motor, and the drone itself is made of plastic and composite materials, which makes it difficult for air defense systems to detect it. The operating altitude of the drone is from 50-500 meters, in practice, as it turned out, it can fly below 50 meters. Drone "Lancet" contains three types of interchangeable guidance systems - coordinate, optoelectronic and combined, there is also a television communication channel that allows the operator to visually aim the drone at the target. The UAV can be equipped with a laser target designator, a target search sensor, a gas analyzer and a radiometer. The drone can operate in the “aerial mining” mode, which means patrolling the airspace and destroying other UAVs; there are no shots of its operation in this mode yet.

The footage of the work of the new Russian Serb-VS 5 anti-drone complex has been published, this complex is an improved version of the Serp-VS complex. The Serp-VS5 complex is designed for a range of up to 5 kilometers. The complex operates in five frequency bands - from 900 MHz to 5.8 GHz. This allows you to use it not only against civilians, but also against special aircraft. The system suppresses GPS, GLONASS, Beidou signals, and also breaks drone control over Wi-Fi. The complex "sees" UAV-violators in the sector of 360 degrees along the horizontal axis. A feature of the complex is the function of dividing the viewing angle into sectors, which allows you to use your UAVs while the complex is working on intruder drones. The Serp-VS anti-drone complex works well on "complex" objects with a complex perimeter of the protected area.

Test footage of the prototype of the Russian kamikaze drone "Privet-82" has been published. The kamikaze UAV was developed by the novice Oko design bureau. The main project of the bureau is now the ultra-cheap Privet-82 UAV, within the framework of this project, the concept of using the Podkhvat drones has been developed. Let's explain in a simple way, soldiers on the front line do not always have drones, and it’s impossible to carry a lot of them, so drone launch pads are located in the rear at a distance of about 20 km, which serve several units on the front line. If a soldier on the front line notices an enemy, a drone is called from the rear, which flies to the front line in radio silence. On approaching the front line, the drone control is picked up by the operator, video transmission is turned on and the operator directs the drone to the target. The advantages of this solution are that soldiers do not need to carry a lot of UAVs and catapults with them to launch them, drones are used where they are needed in unlimited quantities. Drones will be controlled through repeaters, thanks to which the drone can fly very low above the ground and is difficult to intercept. The flight range of the current kamikaze UAV prototype has already reached 30 kilometers, while the payload is from 3 to 4 kilograms, and 5.5 kilograms are already being tested. The Bureau is also developing the "Privet 120" UAV with a payload of 20 kilograms. Small-scale production of the Privet-82 UAV has already been launched, 33 drones have been produced, but the designers need funding.

Footage of the launch of the Russian Forpost UAV has been published. The drone was developed in 2012 on the basis of the Israeli Searcher Mk II UAV, now the drone is fully localized and produced from Russian components and has Russian software. In 2019, the upgraded Forpost-R UAV was shown, and in 2021, the strike version of Forpost-RU. The Forpost-R UAV became one of the first Russian UAVs and surpassed the Israeli counterpart in performance. The drone was put into service as a temporary measure, but it turned out to be successful and its release was continued. The drone can conduct reconnaissance in almost any weather conditions and has a noise-resistant communication channel. The UAV can carry two KAB-20 satellite-guided or laser-guided aerial bombs and guided air missiles of the Kh-UAV complex for ground attack. UAV weighing 500 kg, carries a payload of up to 120 kilograms and can rise to a height of up to 6000 meters. The drone is equipped with an APD-85 engine with a power of 85 hp, which gives it the ability to reach speeds of up to 200 km/h. The duration of the drone flight is up to 18 hours with a control range of up to 350 km. The approximate cost of the control complex and the Forpost UAV is about $7.5 million.

Russia has developed a jet drone kamikaze K-5. The prototype of the drone was shown at VDNKh by the Ural company Unmanned Vehicles. The drone is equipped with a turbojet power plant that allows it to reach a maximum speed of 400 km/h and a cruising speed of 200 km/h. The flight range of the drone is 90 km, with a useful mass of 6 кг. Drone components are Russian, except for the engine. The drone is equipped with artificial intelligence and computer vision, it works within the framework of thermal signatures and within the framework of images. It has the ability to adjust the inertial system, which will completely get rid of the use of radio channels. By the end of the year, it is planned to show serial samples of reconnaissance and strike drones.
