Super cruise is going over mach 1 without using afterburners. Meaning without afterburners you need to design your engine for subsonic and transonic speeds, no easy task and basically definition of 5th gen engines if you throw in supersonic as well.

Kızılelma have lots of potential but it's not something that is comparable with TF-X in anyway.

It is related to the engine's dry thrust and has nothing to do with 5th gen. Typhoon, Gripen, and Rafale can do it, and none use the 5th gen engine.

Latter one is the capability of an aircraft to keep and sustain a speed above the speed of sound for extended period without using afterburners.
US defines supercruise as sustained flight at more than 1.5Mach without afterburners. There are only a handful of planes like F22, EF2000 and possibly SU57 that can manage that.
