Interestingly, Baykar's operations at Kesan has expanded quite dramatically with many new structures.

Seems like Kesan operations is now more significant than Tekirdag

This PDF, which I printed out from a manual for Falcon BMS (F-16 Simulation), sums up my expectations for what an unmanned fighter jet and loyal wingman should be able to do, either through its AI or by commands from a human operator (MUM-T).
FYI, "spiked" means you are being tracked (being locked on) by a radar.

What are your expectations?

Imo you can't call it an AWACS, afaik it lacks command and control capabilities.

Does Reaper's radar even have an air-to-air mode? Afaik it has only SAR modes. So how will they replace their older AEW platform with something, that currently lacks air-to-air capabilities (w.r.t. Radar)?

EDIT
What they need is a modified TB3 with MURAD AESA Radar.

The Battles between Pakistan and India reminded us of the importance of AWACS and AEW in long range Air Combats. Baykar Should start working on bigger Akinci 2 with 2×1,500hp for different purposusses and another Back engine passenger Airplane with drone variants as they are working on Civilians small Airplanes and private jets (Although this one will look more like TAI products).

If we are going for semantics, we also cannot call it an "aew", as all the early warning calculations will be made on the ground. "AWACS" is the trademarked term Boeing gives to E-3. We shouldn't think of the "AEW" here as only the drone with a radar, it's just a simple part of the whole equation.

I really doubt the radar that will be fitted on TB3 can be called a Murad.

Perhaps this is where the Embraer aircraft come into play, as they are probably the easiest option to modify to meet Turkish requirements.
Apparently, Turkey is already two steps ahead.
Of course, larger Akıncı drones with AWACS capability should also be on the table as an option. They know that the Americans and the EU will not deliver in the long term, and they probably also want to build a Turkish Embraer with TAI/ASELSAN as both a transport and AWACS aircraft under licence so that they can export it to countries such as Pakistan without restrictions maybe.

Yes, along those lines, but not only that. A few weeks ago, Turkey signed an MOU with Brazil and Embraer.
It concerns the Embraer E-Jet-E2, which is ideal as an AWACS, SIGNIT, ELINT and Light Transport Aircraft.

E2A – Turkish Airborne Early Warning & Surveillance Jet

Base Platform: Embraer E190-E2 / E195-E2

  • Equipped with Pratt & Whitney GTF engines, offering low fuel consumption and extended range.
  • Low noise and emissions, suitable for long-duration surveillance missions.

  • Enough internal volume for:

    • Radar operators' consoles

    • Signal analysis equipment

    • Server racks

    • Power distribution units
  • Space on the fuselage for external radomes, antennas, and sensor turrets.

Modular Maintenance & Local Production

  • The E2 is built using modular architecture, ideal for local assembly.

  • Türkiye can:

    • Build fuselage components via TUSAŞ

    • Integrate Aselsan AESA radar

    • Use Havelsan mission software

    • Add TEI-developed auxiliary power and avionics support units
  • Proven Examples in Similar Classes

  • Saab GlobalEye (on Bombardier Global 6000)

  • Israel’s Gulfstream-based SIGINT platforms

  • India’s Netra AEW&C on Embraer E145
