Ukraine Has Delivered Kozak-5 Armored Vehicles to Saudi Arabia

Ukrainian company NVO Practika signed two important export contracts for 2021 with Saudi Arabia, including the delivery of Kozak-5 4×4 armored vehicles.

According to the news of the Ukrainian defense magazine Defense Express, the company delivered 60 Kozak-5 4×4 armored vehicles to Saudi Arabia within the framework of the contract.

Vehicles will be used by Saudi Arabian Special Forces.

Kozak-5 Armored Vehicles are mobile vehicles despite they have STANAG 4569 level 2 protection.

Thanks to the armor they have, they provide protection against 7.62 x 39 mm steel core bullets and 7.62 x 51 mm M80 lead-antimony alloy core bullets.

Vehicle is showed first time in 2009. The combat weight of the vehicle is 12 tons.

The vehicle has a 6-cylinder 279 hp engine and can reach a speed of 120 km per hour.
