And people think that the Russian invasion is... unprovoked LOL

As I said b4, anyone with a bit of knowledge of how things work will not buy the fairy tales that Ukraine is this innocent country that was attacked simply because they're just want to be Ukrainians lel
So you attacked Ukraine because their intelligence elements cooperated with the U.S.A. and decided to kidnap their children to denazify them?

USA 🇺🇸 is leaning towards using the reaming $4.2 Billion USD in Presidential Drawdown Authority to provide significant quantities of ammunition to Ukraine.

As I've said previously, USA has plenty of money left approved to fund the transfer of U.S. military aid to Ukraine. What they are lacking at this time is additional funds approved to order supplies to replace what they've sent. The prevailing idea is that USA's war readiness will not be significantly impacted by sending additional GMLRS, 155mm artillery shells, 105mm artillery shells, air defense missiles, TOW missiles, Javelins, etc. Furthermore, the Pentagon will be able to re-work its 2024 budget which will be in excess of $850 Billion usd, to order more replacement ammunition if need be.

The Netherlands 🇳🇱 announced that they have purchased 9 DITA, 155mm self-propelled howitzers for Ukraine 🇺🇦. The howitzers have been purchased from the Czech Republic 🇨🇿. The DITA is brand new, upgraded variant of the Czech SpGH DANA, with a 155mm NATO caliber main gun, replacing the 152mm Soviet caliber gun of the 1970s model.

The Netherlands 🇳🇱 is also contributing 100 million Euros to the Czech led coalition to purchase artillery shells for Ukraine.

Battlefield report
The big news today is that Russia took both the rest of Orlivka and Berdychi. This was really surprising especially in the way that it happened. Ukraine took casualties here but I expected way more and it didn't happen due what is below.

Looking here Ukrainians actually made the entirely correct move and decided to retreat from these places rather than hold them like Larping idiots. This might just be the first time I can think of where Ukraine has made the smart decision to retreat when they couldn't hold rather than conducting an idiotic last stand. Part of this might be because they would do an idiotic last stand but Discipline has broken down a bit and they are scared of a breakdown in command like with what happened in Avdeevka.

This basically an image of them holding enough to allow for a retreat in Orlivka.

If reports are correct Ukraine is building trenches very far away from the current frontline west of Avdeevka. This is actually good decision making. With the state the Avdeevka front is in there is likely no way for Ukraine to stabilize without some basic fortifications. I don't know if they will be able to build them in time especially if they start getting harassed by Russian Aviation. Interesting to note that Ukraine is actually starting to make good decisions here. The situation must be really bad.

Russia made some progress in Ivanivske. Not a massive amount but some and Russia has made a little bit of progress in the north. I expect Ivanivske to fall somewhat soon and for there to be a chaotic retreat. I think Ukraine will try and hold Ivanivske rather than retreating because it is the key to Chasov Yar. Ivanivske sits on the high ground and is therefore extremely important and once it is lost Chasov Yar will be decently easy to take. This also fits with how Ukraine has been fighting here. The fighting has been extremely brutal and the Ukrainians are really fighting hard with what looks like whatever spare reserves Ukraine can muster up being sent here. This is part of the reason this direction has gone somewhat slow.

Russia made some advances near Krasnohorivka as well.

Israel’s UN Ambassador, Gilad Erdan, appears to signal the beginning of amplified military support for Ukraine in light of ruzzia's support of Hamas.
Officially on major ruzzian RT
Can't wait for the brain implosion of redditors who supports both Palestine and Ukraine. Israelis who are oppressing poor Palestinians, are now supplying Ukraine with defense system, does that make them the good guy now?

Andrew Perpetua's visually confirmed and geolocated losses for Russia and Ukraine, Wednesday, February 28th.

Of note today, Russia experienced extreme losses, in line with what you would expect from multi-access advantacement. In particular, their attempt to advance on Orlivka, was extremely costly and they were forced to retreat temporarily as the Ukrainian 3rd Assault Brigade and 25th Mechanized Brigade counter attacked and turned back the Russians.

Some good news for Ukraine after consecutive good news days for Russia.

Why is it important that the Pentagon send the last $4.2 Billion usd in Presidential Drawdown Authority to Ukraine, immediately, rather than waiting for more money to be passed in Congress?

Because this what 4.2 Billion usd looks like in terms of needed weaponry to fight the Russians.

200x PAC 3 Missiles for Patriot
Cost: $700 million usd

200x AIM-120 AMRAAM for NASAMs
Cost: $200 Million usd

500x AIM-9 Missiles for NASAMS
Cost: $190 million usd

500x RIM-7 Missiles for FrankenSAM
Cost: $82.5 million usd

500x Stinger Missiles for Avengers
Cost: $55.5 million usd

10,000x Hydra 70 APKWS aviation rockets
Cost: $300 Million usd

500,000x 155mm artillery shells
Cost: $1 Billion usd

100,000x 105mm artillery shells
Cost: $100 Million usd

100x ATACMS strike missiles
Cost: $170 Million usd

500x GMLRS for HIMARS
Cost: $84 Million usd

500x TOW Missiles for Bradleys
Cost: $46.5 Million usd

500x Javelin anti-armor missiles
Cost: $39 Million usd

5000x AT-4 anti-armor rockets
Cost: $7.0 million usd

50,000,000x rounds of small arms ammo
Cost: $50 Million usd

200x Bradley IFVs
Cost: $800 Million usd

36x M109A6 Self-Propelled Howitzers
Cost: $144 Million usd

31x M1A1 Abrams MBTs
Cost: $155 Million usd

Spare Parts and Equipment
Cost$ $200 Million usd

That totals less than $4.2 Billion usd, but leaves room for other items on Ukraine's wishlist. It's vital amount of money to cause horrendous casualties among the Russians and further decimate their army. It would also fully re-invigorate Ukraine's air defense structure.
