The Czech Republic have also uncovered an additional 200,000 artillery shells for sale on the international market, and are currently in the process of lining up a buyer for the shells, among allies to Ukraine. 18 countries were involved in the initial purchase of 800,000 155mm and 122mm artillery shells. This purchase, if secured, would bring that total to 1 million shells, all for expedited transfer to Ukraine.

is pushing the EU to vote in favour of releasing up to 3 Billion Euros worth of interest produced from frozen Russian assets to Ukraine, in July of this year. While the EU has not yet committed to confiscating more than 190 Billion Euros worth of Russian money that are stuck in Europeans banks, they are leaning towards sending the interest made off of those funds to Ukraine for its war effort.

The reason this is happening is that Russia fears domestic gasoline and diesel shortages that would drive up prices substantially, to the point that the impoverished Russian population would not be able to afford them.
