Meanwhile Grand National Assembly of Turkey (House of representatives) gather for a special - top secret - Ukraine meeting. All content will be classified as top secret thus will not be shared by any means.

Which only makes me think, the representatives will be informed about military aid being delivered to the Ukrainian forces.

The Top secret part is to render any leaked information technically unofficial, thus not binding for any official matter for Turkish-Russian relationship. Not related to being "top secret so nobody else knows".

The irony of this situation is that these people are sitting under the monument to the victims of WW2, although russian propaganda claims that there is nazism in Ukraine and all monuments to the victims of Nazism in the country have been demolished
