What's weird that russia saved kazakhstan government in the recent event that took place in Almaty , but I think this decision been made for two reasons :

1- the fear of Kazakh people to rise again and disagree with sending troops to russia , and in this case russia won't save the Kazakh government anymore since they have ongoing conflict .

2- the Kazakh government found out that Almaty uprising was an inside job or orchestrated by Putin to show force or send a massage to the Turkic country to not side with any western country .
