Chechens vs Chechens in Ukraine.

They have scores to settle. Lets hope they can nail kadirovs thugs.

Happy hunting.

Chechens could act as a platform for inviting international fighters.

Seasoned fighters from regional conflicts already excel in urban warfare.

Transfer of asymmetrical expertise to Ukrainians would be great.

Russia will not get much out of this other than trouble. When the operation began, I thought the forces would focus in the Donbas oblasts, it would made sense to establish a DMZ along the line of contact (LOC) and push out maybe a bit to stop shelling and artillery from Ukraine side on civiian centers. OK maybe some cleansing of Azov fascisti in the south too. This would have been very manageable for Russia.

But the idea to storm cities like Kharkiv, Kiev and elsewhere is focus away from original problem with Donbas. This is not good in my opinion, in many ways. So yes, NATO will benefit. Putin has to secure security guarantees for Russ, they don't want NATO offensive capabilty in Ukraina, and definitely no nuclear weapons or NATO bases on Black Sea. This points could have been made by using a smaller scale operation, more managebale as I outline mostly in the south-east of Ukraine. Maybe Putin is a bit out of touch, he was a great leader for Russia for a very long time, but maybe we are in new era now and newer thinking and ideas needed. Or maybe it is not Putin fault but his military men? Ukrainians also want independence but it must not be an existential threat to Russia. They need to work out somehow
Please get it through your head. One. More. Time.

Ukraine asking for Russia to stop occupying its territories and trying to get membership in EU and NATO is not an existential threat to Russia. Even Russians do not sincerely believe this nonsense which is why they don't bother peddling it to their domestic audience, instead it's all about "reclaiming rightful Russian land". Putin pretty much said that Ukraine shouldn't exist. If NATO wanted to attack Russia, they could reach Moscow in about 3 hours from the Baltics or land in the east, which I have already pointed out is in fact how the US already invaded Russia once before and in a time where transportation and logistics was far more difficult.

In fact the very reason Ukraine started seeking NATO membership is because Russia started behaving like a rabid dog towards its former colonies.

Also, Russia will get much out of this if they win. They will have occupied and annexed a whole country which is the agricultural breadbasket of Europe and has substantial energy reserves to trade.

This war could have implications in Syria too I guess, although I don't know for how far it would go.

Assad knows his master is getting embarassed hahahahaha

This is actually going to make Turkey's job easier.

Hopefully he can get nailed with a drone strike in his own palace.

Russia has been propping up Asaad whats gonna happen now as his masters cant afford to feed him.

Greece will contribute defensive military equipment to Ukraine following a meeting at the prime minister’s office on Sunday.

During the meeting, which included Defense Minister Nikos Panagiotopoulos and Chief of the Hellenic National Defense General Staff Konstantinos Floros, Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis was briefed on the military situation in Ukraine. It was decided that Greece will, in collaboration with NATO and EU allies, contribute defensive military equipment to Ukraine. According to information, it will be transported by two C-130 military transport aircraft on Sunday.

Additionally, Greece will also dispatch humanitarian aid to Ukraine, accompanied by Deputy Defense Minister Nikos Hardalias.

sadly I can say that ukraine will not hold more than 2 or 3 days . the ukrainians armed force gave the russians a good fight but at the end the russians are advancing day by day .

what's really confuses me the usage of Javelin and Stinger . with all the thousands they received we should have seen a much bigger massacres than what we saw in the last few days .

what do you think of this? lmao

"It will only be detrimental for Turkey to try to exploit the situation in Ukraine in an opportunistic way, while the world public is extremely aware of the issue of respect for international law and the inviolability of borders."

There's a real possibility that Russia's economy will be decimated and its military going to suffer heavy losses. In the long run, Russia's ability to play global power will be severely reduced.

We all know that the Syrian army is a joke as well as its Iranian ally, its only Russia (and the world silence) that saved Assad ass from his own citizens wrath back then.
