My guess; the top-brass (generals, advisors etc) with little bit sanity and intelligence ,who opposes or the questions decisions made for the invasion, is fleeing.

With existing FSB, a simple junta will not be easy in Russia. FSB and Army should be coordinate.

Already confirmed four general. And looking at more than 1,300 major weapon system destroyed, abandoned and captured from third party visual confirmation method, the body count should be much larger as there is also many soldier is fighting on foot and or not being recorded as there is a lot of small combat and ambushes not recorded in this war. 10,000 dead is not far from that in my opinion.
