Unique archive footage of the interception of all Ukrainian HIMARS missiles by the Russian Pantsir-S1 air defense system. The HIMARS MLRS has been produced in the United States since 2005. The video is filmed by Russian servicemen from the ground, and is currently the only high-quality video showing the results of the Pantsir-S1 air defense system's work on such targets. The Pantsir-S1 air defense missile and gun system reportedly shot down all 12 HIMARS MLRS missiles. GMLRS missiles are a difficult target, and practice has shown that air defense operators must have experience working on such targets. Judging by the video, the Pantsir-S1 air defense system demonstrated 100% effectiveness against targets such as the GMLRS missiles of the HIMARS MLRS systems.

How has the DPRK Ground Forces performance been since they entered the war?
According to observers, nothing unusual happened there. 11 thousand disciplined, fit young guys. Apparently, all their weapons and equipment are of Soviet-Russian manufacture. At first, they fearlessly attacked Ukrainian positions in two or three platoons. However, like the Russians, they stopped doing this after they were "processed" day after day by Ukrainian artillery and drones. Now they attack in small groups. They did not display any special, unexpected tactics.
Of the 11 thousand losses, 4 thousand are irreparable losses. South Korean intelligence reported that reinforcements of 4 thousand people were sent from the North.

But the residents of Kursk still noticed one peculiarity: there was not a single stray dog left in the entire region.
But all this is probably greatly exaggerated. The Russians feed them well.
Well, maybe as a tasting... and then rarely :)

Footage of another M2A2 Bradley ODS-SA IFV used by Russian army units. The M2A2 Bradley ODS SA IFV was previously used by the Ukrainian army and was abandoned with the engine running in the Kursk region of Russia, near the village of Kazachya Loknya. Russian marines of the 155th Brigade tested the M2A2 IFV and shared their impressions. It is worth noting that, in terms of its overall qualities, the M2A2 Bradley ODS SA IFV showed itself well in battles in Ukraine. Details in the video.

The first official footage of North Korean soldiers training at Russian army training grounds has been published. The video shows Russian and North Korean servicemen conducting joint training. Earlier, the head of the Russian General Staff, Valery Gerasimov, reported that the Russian army used North Korean soldiers in the Kursk region. But there is still no answer to the question of how many there were. North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has already reported that a monument to the North Korean soldiers who took part in the battles in Russia's Kursk region will soon be erected in Pyongyang.

Footage of a Russian Kh-38 missile strike on a temporary deployment point of a UAV battalion of the 38th Marine Brigade of Ukraine. The video was filmed near the village of Nikolaevka, east of Slavyansk. Ukrainian servicemen launched and controlled FPV drones from one of the buildings. The attack was carried out by a Russian Su-34 fighter-bomber with a Kh-38 high-precision air-to-surface missile. The main purpose of Kh-38 missiles is to destroy ground, sea and fortified targets, including equipment, buildings and other objects.

Against the backdrop of news about the use of DPRK soldiers in battles in the Kursk region of Russia, new information about them has begun to appear. Chairman of the Russian State Duma Defense Committee Andrei Kartapolov reported that now the DPRK servicemen have completed the tasks assigned and are starting to prepare for new ones, the details of which will become known later. Now we can assume that the DPRK servicemen will be involved in the battles in Donbass. Previously, it was assumed that they would be used in the Belgorod region of Russia, but the battles there are taking place in a limited area and their intensity is low. Let me remind you that earlier in 2024, Russia and the DPRK ratified a strategic partnership agreement. In the video, you can see episodes of the training of DPRK servicemen in Russia.

In several villages of the Dnipropetrovsk region, mandatory evacuation of families with children has been announced

The settlements in question are Kolona-Mezhevaya, Novopodgorodnoye, Raipole and Sukhareva Balka, the Mezhevskaya community reported. The decision was made by order of the head of the Dnipropetrovsk OVA Lysak.

The evacuation will be carried out at an agreed date and time with mandatory registration at the assembly point in Mezhevaya. Residents are advised to take documents, money, medicines, water, food and warm clothes.

Something's happening.

Trump sounds like an optimist for Ukraine for whatever reason.

An episode of the assault by a Russian unit, a stronghold of the Ukrainian army. The location of the shooting is not reported. The assault is carried out by servicemen of the 37th separate motorized rifle Budapest Don Cossack Brigade named after Shchadenko, part of the 36th combined arms army of Russia. It was not possible to identify the Ukrainian servicemen participating in the battle. Grenades and small arms are used during the assault on the stronghold. Also, two TM-62 anti-tank mines are thrown into the dugout, at the end and at the beginning. Judging by the video, after the second mine explosion, the dugout was completely destroyed. Video shortened

Despite the fact that the training of DPRK soldiers in the Russian army has been known for a week, it was still unclear how it happened. The first interviews with Russian military instructors answered many questions. According to the intelligence service of the Republic of Korea (NIS), 15,000 DPRK soldiers were trained in the Kursk region of Russia, with losses in battles amounting to 4%. Touching on the specifics of training DPRK soldiers in Russia. The average age of DPRK soldiers is 25 years old, physically strong, trained, executive and motivated. In Russia, soldiers were taught the specifics of modern combat, taking into account the threats from drones. The language barrier was overcome. Also, a Russian serviceman reported on the weapons received from the DPRK. More details about everything in the video.

Prices of Brent crude oil are expected to average just $64 a barrel in 2025—a decline of $17 from 2024—and just $60 in 2026. Coal prices are expected to drop by 27% this year and an additional 5% in 2026, as the growth of coal consumption for power generation in developing economies slows.

This is bad news for Russia. Government revenues from crude sales look set to fall far short of what was forecast.

Regarding the Russian economy, Reuters reports growth falling sharply from 4% or more in 2024. (website paywalled)

March 2025 inflation in Russia rose to 10.3%.

With the ruble having risen substantially in 2025, reducing the cost of imports, and with base rate @ 21% for the last few months, suppressing demand, it is difficult to explain the continued rise in inflation.

NB March annual GDP growth is given as 1.8% in the tradingdata figures

The Russian economy and government finances continue on their downward path, making it more and more difficult to finance the war against Ukraine.

The USA 🇺🇸 and Ukraine 🇺🇦 have officially signed the mineral deal that they have been working on for months. Moving forward, U.S. firms will be involved in both the development of, and extraction from these mines. Ukraine is home to 22 "rare earth" minerals that the U.S. values. The estimated value of these minerals is in the trillions of usd.

This is a good step towards the Trump Administration and the Zelenskyy Administration further mending their working relationship... But now the real test comes. The Americans have made it clear that they will not send further military aid to Ukraine for free, beyond what was already approved and purchased by the Biden Administration. Ukraine has accepted that reality and is now working the businessman side of Trump. Ukraine has sent the Americans an request to purchase $50 Billion usd worth of weapons from U.S. manufacturers, as well as stored U.S. stockpiles. The Administration is looking at the ofder and is expected to get back to Ukraine with an answer now that the mineral deal is signed. Additional weapons purchased by Ukraine from the Americans would help both parties. It would inject $50 Billion usd into the U.S. defense industrial Complex, creating and sustaining American jobs. It would also help Ukraine in that they already use a significant amount of Americans weapons and only the USA has the production capacity to mass ship weapons quickly and consistently. We'll see where this goes in the coming months!

In order to screw the EU and Russia a decisive victory for either Ukraine or Russia isnt good for the USA. A frozen conflict that can be reheated down the line is best for the USA. It allows the US to manipulate the situation to her interest as she has done already. This is why Ukraine was never given the real support she needed to win, instead drop fed advancing systems with conditions.

As we speak now the Ukrainians are already being extorted over their natural resources by the USA.

The USA 🇺🇸 and Ukraine 🇺🇦 have officially signed the mineral deal that they have been working on for months.

Too bad that Ukraine caved and signed the deal. It is a sign of European weakness. Trump should have not been appeased.

Europe should have guaranteed Ukraine that it will step up and replace US aid if necessary, but with the condition that Ukraine doesn’t sign any surrender deal with the US. Instead, they allowed Ukraine to accept this humiliation just because they want the US to help a little bit longer.

What is the message this deal sends for Europeans? That now Europe will have to prop up Ukraine so that Trump can extract his minerals? That Europe will give money to Ukraine, so it can buy weapons from the US, and when everything is done, to give its natural resources to the US as well?

The way Trump acted, he should have not been appeased. Appeasing Trump is like appeasing Putin. He will just ask for more.

This “mineral deal” signing is a sad day for Europe and Ukraine. It is also bad for Ukrainian morale, as it shows that they are just swapping an overlord for another. Why should Ukrainian men die to defend Trump’s minerals?

The fact that Ukraine was forced to sign this travesty is disgusting, and shows that European leaders lack courage and dignity. Shame.
