WALTON’s Automobile Project has reportedly brought Bangladesh’s first commercial 12-meter electric city bus. The factory area of Walton is more than two and a half kilometers long and this bus is used to transport employees from inside the gate to the various sheds.
At the same time, a fast-charging station suitable for Bangladesh has also been installed in the Walton Factory Area.
This bus will be a big milestone towards the modernization of the future public transport in coordination with the government plans and projects that are coming with the future-oriented Integrated Multimodal Transportation System of Dhaka.
