to design vessel that can goes down into such depth is hard, there's no way you're going cheap or making a shortcut to developed that, even most advanced DSRV (Submarine Rescue Rover/Vessels) developed and manufactured by experienced and well established company won't go down that deep (mostly reaching 300-500meter mark at best).

Titan is already become a pressurized coffin from the start, just started to counting down its fate until it happened now.
