Only Plus side is
The facility is good for Storage and high security

Negative side
-Location is known
- Location is stationary
- Location launch point are known. Preemptive hit on launch point and Facility is out of work for long period
- Any successful sabotage inside will lead to LOSS ALL
- Idea of this project actually is Nazi from WW2. They did this kind facility, but later they understand that this have Many OPEN and BAD side
