I'm not saying its happened to morroco, but generally the british/french when they take over a country, they placed a monarchy in power. That ruler would then marry english woman and their kids sent to english/european schools. The sons they have would further be given english/french wives and after a few generations you basically have the perfect puppets to rule.
For the current Moroccan king's wife no one knows where she is, she hasn't appeared in public since 2018.
