Merkel and Kurz are laughing, EU are determined to keep Turkey as a source of cheap labour, refugee and plastic waste dump
I agree
It seems that turkey in the eyes of the EU and US will always be that way
It is nothing new tbh; yet, I wonder why many turks are surpised from it
Even Erdo once said, in 2009 I believe, that the EU doesnt consider Turkey as one of them
They screw up the middle east and asia under the guise of preserving democracy and turkey is the one who ends up cleaning the mess

Turkish coastguard intercepted afghan refugees going to Italy.

I heard Turkish smugglers are getting ready to help smuggle refugees into Europe some even said they will do it for free.

As the government betrayed the people so the people in Turkey have taken it upon themselves.

Can we slow down little bit.. This is an exaggeration.. Afghan refugees are bypassers main while the Syrian's constantly get relocated to North Syria it is in development stage now besides Turkey doesn't have other large refugees except the syrians majority of them concentrated in the Hatay region.

What do I mean by bypassers? These who continue to towards Europe..

The long term plan is to develop North Syria in order to carve out a country for the Syrians to be re-settled.. All the Syrian incursions were not just for show but resettling purposes..

The Turkish admin know what they are doing.. specifically the current admin knows what it is doing unlike the opposition who are just screaming without knowing how to solve this or having any form of solution.. All the foreign policy being taken by Turkey since the beginning of the 4 incursions into Syria was intended for fixing this and currently around 4 million syrians live in Turkish controlled north Syria and 3.6 million inside Turkey and the plan is to move them slowly inside North Syria when the development increases for re-settlement.. Another Cyprus unfortunately but a necessary one and crucial
Stick to Denmark and stop preaching Turkish citizens what is good or bad. Turkish business is none of your business.

As I said before the trend started with the age of enlightenment and industrial revolution that ushered the modern age.

I said this so many times even on PDF. Many Muslims, Christians and other people who believed in a religion did not believe it can happen. Well in the past I did not believe it now I do we are dying off like dinosaurs.

Islam might be the fastest growing religion in the world. I said this to so many Muslims dont celebrate what eventually comes to the top must go down.

We are going to decline like Christianity the difference is Islam has stronger foundation than Christianity and Judaism so its going to be hard for it to collapse. The decline will be slow maybe even fast we dont know.

All I know for sure is religion is dying off. The national identities which people hold dear yeah thats dying off too.

The plan is to create a new global order. This is a not a conspiracy.
Religion can survive in an Atheist society. Look at Japan. They are mostly atheists but Shintoism continues as an everyday culture. Japanese people visit shrines clap hands in fact they are atheists. In this regard, Tengriism might be a good post-Islamic alternative to TR. Tengriism in the modern sense is a deist/pantheist belief. It is mostly about respecting and being one with nature. It fits many new trends.

Worst example.

Japan the place of honour and samurais.

Now its the place of anime and hentai.

I hope we dont end up like our Altaic cousins. Where future Turks start marrying holograms and pillows.

You can count Scandinavian countries and even Germany. Most of them are supposed to be "Christians". The majority are atheists but christianism still lingers as an everyday culture.

PKK accounts were openly bragging about it online and fires don't just start out of nowhere. Hot weather contributes to the ease of starting one but the vast majority of forest fires are due to deliberate or occasionally accidental arson. It was the case here in America and when Australia had their horrendous fires last year, they also caught several arsonists as I recall. In Europe too.

I'm sure climate change crusaders would like people to think that hot weather could just make a fire start by shining too hard on a tree but that's really not how it works at all.

Is there evidence it was the PKK? There are fires all over Europe and in neighbouring Greece. Apparently Soylu said there was no evidence as of now ?

So far it seems like the government was not prepared like always even though this happens all the time. THK has been gutted due to corruption.

Let's see if suspects are caught, but I think it's natural phenomenon for now.

This is now being investigated, if the PKK is responsible and if someone supported them in this.

Arsonists need to be executed.

In Australia people even demanded arsonists should cop the death penalty.

But damn even with Bushfires us Australians are not prepared for it not to mention we prefer using helicopters rather than planes.

Turkey only loaned 3 planes to combat fires. Thats pretty disappointing.

Pkk is using arson as a weapon of war.

Terrorists have no problem using environmental warfare. Isis and the Assad regime does the same thing in burning trees and crops to either starve people into submission.

Pkk are doing it because they are desperate and are finding other ways to fight Turkey as the TSK is on their doorstep. Pkk is getting dismantled from its cells to its hideouts they got no where to hide.

Not to mention Turkey has lessened the chance of bombs, killings and suicide bombings done by the pkk in Turkiye due to their anti terror operations that have caused casualties to the terror group now they are resorting to arson like the cowards they are.

Yeah why there are so few firefighting aircrafts needs to be investigated, instead of building a billion dollar palace should have given the funds where they are needed, like u know border management or environmental protection.

Man seeing how fires are common in Turkey I was pretty shocked to find out they only have 3 aircrafts which are on loan.

In Australia our firefighting abilities took a hit due to cost cutting. We also have to loan out planes too.

Ridiculous how is Greece has more planes than Turkey they seem to prepare themselves while working with EU. What the hell were they doing this time. We always leave it to chance or say dont worry God will save us.

God is not some superman who saves everybody. Allah/Tanri gave you a brain to think and listen.

Has it ever occured to the government that fires are common in the summer plus you have arsonists we should be better prepared to at least minimise the damage. There will be lives and property lost but its always the best to minimise the damage and even fight it off before it gets worse.

I wonder after this will we learn any lessons or we will just continue the same way as usual.

Air tractors are best solution, they are cheap and robust machines and can operate from any water surface, capacity is low but due numbers and less requirement for skilled pilots in comparing with Canaders (3-5 year of training for crew) they should be backbone of fire distinguish efforts.

I think whoever started these fires knew that our firefighting planes were out of commission.

Maybe it's even the same person who took them out of commission. Dunno. Call me crazy.

This reminds me of Aselsan's Leo 2 NG upgrade that wasn't bought because it was "too expensive" then many Leo 2s got destroyed in Syria, many of our soldiers lost their lives.

Sometimes you have to stop and think about how much our people's lives are worth.

Archived. Thanks.

ISIS were claiming attacks all over the world back then, even ones they had nothing to do with for prestige. PKK accounts trying to do the same to show they can still cause lots of damage, which I don't think is the case. Here are fires ongoing 28th - 29th.

If there are arsonists, maybe they'll catch them. But I think it's the excessive heat.

The real problem is THK is so underfunded it's crazy. The mayor called to rent a firefighting plane and nobody was there after 15:30. The man went to a wedding.

Then apparently most of the planes are grounded? Where is the money?

Not much at all, the state has been so quiet the last few days.

A miserable Cavusoglu appearance. Social media going crazy about PKK attacks and still no statements, a family and their home burnt to death in Konya for being Kurdish. Locals having to fight the fires themselves.

What state?

Proof that they were killed because of "being kurdish"?
