Looks like so, that design (90 m) haven't been present on Citra Shipyard website (they only showed the 80 m one). But its appearance on Pinhantanas might meant that it's their own design.

It is common to see corvettes with bulbous bows especially if they are above a size (+70 +)
It is very rare to see a corvette or warship with that kind of bulbous bow (check damen for example), something often used in cruiser liners and feeder - liner containerships.

Anoa, Badak, Maung by nature and by design along with their material is conventional to begin with, not to mention their Commercial off the shelf parts on which not necessisated high level of research and development in which reduced a lot of development cost. The tank boat is actually using the already existed platform and off the shelf solution

Btw before talking about experimenting thing and paid a lot of cost for it, better for Indonesia to paid their due to responsibilities cost for KFX project or paid the money for the follow on contract for subsequent Nagapasa class honestly

to me those Anoa, Badak, Maung, SS2, KFX ext is just the same thing in an identical process to get Not Just The Product, but also the sains or knowladge to do or create things.
