There is a big problem with ramjet missiles. Their flight time is a lot longer compared to solid rockets. This means you have to feed updated target coordinates to the missile for a long time until the terminal engagement where the active RF seeker of the missile picks its target. This is one of the reasons why the US choose not to go for Ramjet missiles.
Aesa can solve your issue , nez of meteor is said to be 90 km or more. For aim 120 d etc it's 60 km .

Aesa seeker can detect 0.1 m^2 target at 10-15 km , that's f 35 size almost , so those 4 th gen will be visible at 50 km or so at max due to limitations of wave lobe , so you can easily guide it ,not a issue

It's been said in statement that next of meteor is three times aim120 b ,which has about 30 km or so next , one guy did some basic physics to show the various factors involved .

The above figure I gave is at 10 kilometer above sea level
