What the West believe would have happened but the Turks dont back out from a fight especially when it comes revenge and getting lands back.

West was happy with the status quo constantly waffled around so Azerbaijan does not attack. They believed Turkey overtime would have gave up on Karabag issue but nope that did not happen.

Normally you would be right about arms embargo but last 2 days show Armenia's true color. I dont think that anyone would santion an embargo against Azerbaycan now that Armenians are deliberatly shell civilian infilstructure.
