I like Cavusoglu, he comes across as direct and thoughtful - he talks about things but remains diplomatic. My personal feelings.
What struck me was Stoltenberg's answer to the Armenia question:

He calls for a ceasefire so that the war does not expand, etc.

He did not comment on the facts mentioned by Cavusoglu on any matter.
That there were almost 1M internally displaced persons on the Azerbaijani side, that it is legally Azerbaijani territory and that Armenia bombed civilian cities...

was something else to be expected?
