That's just the trick that now there are enough manufacturers of specialized equipment that the average person can afford. If you remember, even 5 years ago, only a select few could buy a drone. Now, even in tik-tok, a bunch of people are filming a drone just dancing. Therefore, the layman will be able to afford a satellite, but whether this satellite has the same capabilities as described in his instructions is another question. And the second question - are there any prohibitions and restrictions on any functions that a satellite performs for an ordinary person?

you don't need to own a satellite, you can buy subscription and request high resolution imagery for a price.
I am not sure if there is a certain limit on where can be photographed.

This is certainly a good option, but to own the information completely independently, it seems to me, is quite better. You will definitely be sure that you have the original picture.

No, this is not a practice I do. But I believe that you need to know all the advantages and disadvantages of a particular capabiliti (in this case, the capabilities of a satellite that is freely available for purchase).

as long you're not doing it to plan a criminal act I think its fine anyway. Also some important sites (ex: military sites) will likely be blurred.
