I believe the F35-I does include Israeli sub-systems like avionics and EW suite along with the integration of Israeli weapons. The first 19 or 20 aircrafts are to be delivered in F-35A config with the rest and follow on orders in F35-I config.

Infact, an F-35I testbed aircraft was delivered in 2020, used to test and integrate Israeli-produced weapons and electronic systems on future F-35's received which is the only example of a testbed F-35 delivered to an air force outside of the US

Israeli systems for F-35 still in development. Currently Israeli F-35A are no different from other.
