Ahh, darn. Good point. I forgot that it's illegal to give medical advice without a medical license. Which makes this a pointless thread.

Advice can be given. My older brother started using contacts when they came out way back let's say 25-30 years ago.
He had difficulty putting them in as well, but with time he got the hang of it.
Take a break and don't annoy your eyes with continuous attempts. Remember to relax too, when you get annoyed you automatically tense up which in return makes gentle actions like placing a contact more difficult.
