And ukraine is capturing more T-80s and T-72s than they are losing T-64s, so apparently Putin is currently modernising the ukraine army, one tank at a time.

On a side note, Putin claimed today that everything was going according to plan... was this the plan all along?

I mean some countries pay a lot of money for Tor-M2 SAM for example, in Ukraine a random farmer picks it up from the road with his tractor. Ukrainian ebay will have some hilarious stuff soon on it's page.
