One has to wonder how many military personnel, territorial defense force members and how much equipment that the Ukrainians have in reserve in places like Dnipro, Odessa, Kryvyi Rih, Zaporizhzhia and Lviv. There are some large city centers in Ukraine that have yet to see any major damage, but I'm curious if forces from those cities have been moved to the various fronts in the East, leaving only dug in defensive positions, or if the Ukrainians actually have multiple Brigade sized forces in reserve.

I don't know, the first coutries in europe that would be invaded in a hot war would be the baltic states, poland, romania, moldavia and finland. All of them with the exception of Finland used to be a part of the eastern bloc. They still remember what it was like under USSR and I'm sure they would not hold back when it comes to defending their homelands. Finland, even though they were never occupied by the USSR still remember the winter war and have some pretty strong "views" on russians...

Ukraine is home to 119,000 police officers. While not military personnel, they're likely a lot easier to quickly spin up into a fighting force than your average citizen with no weapons training at all.

You have to imagine that police forces around the country are operating with skeleton staffing in place, with the idea of bolstering the territorial defense forces using the police. I'd guess that you could probably get 50,000 or so into military operations, rather quickly.
