I start thinking something like this is actually pretty good for our cavalry umbrella.

What if we use AMX-13 hull for this role?

perhaps another procurement that slides under the radar ? it turns out army already tested and operate the Thales Martlet missile during latbakjatrat 2022.

Since Thales LML can be used as launcher for both Starstreak and Martlet (LMM), they probably offer both missiles to any country who decide to use LML (like us).

I just noticed another thing. That launcher at the top of the vehicle, that's THOR MMS (Multi Mission System).

With THOR you can combine surface-to-air and surface-to-surface capabilities within one lightweight launcher.

So they were probably testing THOR using both Starstreak (SAM) and Martlet (SSM).

Btw, it's said that THOR can also be used to launch Hellfire .

Just retire them oldies already... How about using Harimau hull? It have better survivability with APS in modern conflict.
You loved aps so much.
APS can save the platform but also can kill any person outside the platform, yes. I talk about Infantry that provides more situation awareness for those platform. APS is not JIMAT.

Take hude consideration too if ERA also can hurt people outside the tank. Thus make Germany with panzergrenadier doctrine didnt put APS or ERA until recent day

talking bout hellfire, this would be a perfect thing for our short to medium range portable coastal defense aside of SPIKE NLOS, turkish UMTAS, or serbian ALAS/RALAS.

one of it's advantage is......well "portable", though is around 45-50kg so need to be carried with two men, it's portability give it's advantage that this thing could be launched from unexpected place.

So that's why they keep ordering hellfire in hundreds number although the number of Apache we had only 8. I am forgeting they already had more than 250 hellfire in inventory, and there is repeat order of hellfire....

Japan has said that they're interested in joining the exercise some weeks ago although I do think that they will only participate in non-combat or support roles. It will be totally rad if they decided to also take part in combat scenarios since this will also give their troops some degree of familiarity and experiences regarding joint military operation with TNI.

I actually wanna see Japan to send their new ARDB here. That's a new approach of defense by Japan, they also wanna get offensive (Amphibious Landing) eventhough without amended Article 9 of 1947 constitution, they just see that with different interpretation. Really would be one of the thing that never be forgotten if Japan send that unit here for GS22.
