US is building the most expensive embassy in the World in Vietnam now, so we can expect US may transfer some high tech ( semi conductor, aircraft, ship manufacturing technology etc) to VN , so VN can cooperate with US to make EV, Drone, ship etc in much cheaper price but high quality

That is good news for Vietnam - more money more happy citizens and thus far less ambitions for getting into a war.

As for: China is worried about losing its title of "world factory" amid increasing external pressures, including the US-China trade war and the war in Ukraine.
Does not mirror any realistic future outcome since a country like Vietnam (population and political system) will never be able to reach the GDP of a continuously developing 1,4 billion people nation such as China.

Its depend if US let VN to unify sub Mekong region to become bigger plus some good techology transfer from EU-US to VN.

If US really wanna destroy CN before CN become to strong to contain, then making VN to become bigger is the only choice to replace CN's market.United sub Mekong region is far more friendly than CN, right

I do not think that the US would strengthen other countries (especially not in regards towards territory owned by other sovereign states), in their crusade against China. Basically their main interest is to relief themselves of the immense $ burden - maintaining a military balance in the SCS and globally towards China. If they can sell some extra weapons to other countries - off-course that would be in their primary interest.

However every $ spend by e.g. S.E.A. countries onto their respective military is painfully missed in regards to infrastructure and economic advance. The same issue also applies towards China. So the principle policy of the USA is to start increase global military spending - and $ directed towards their own military contractors.

Since this worked well in regards to a poverty stricken Soviet-Union, they believe mistakenly that this will also work in regards to China.

A birth rate always needs to be placed in conjunction with the inevitable industrial development - e.g. less workers needed due to more robots/automated processes.

So China's present birthrate can be viewed upon as almost being perfect. Not to steep - and also not in a negative trend. - just perfect

We all know that US can not manufacture anything cheap and but quality anymore and she has to rely on other nations to produces almost everything she need. If US doesn't let VN to unify sub-Mekong region to become bigger, then there is No way to weaken CN's manufacturing power as VN will have to keep buying parts from CN and indirectly help CN to keep getting richer and once day, CN will overthorne US to become richest nation.

So, there is only 1 choice for US now, let VN unify sub Mekong region and help VN to manufacture almost everythign US need, at least VN dont wanna overthrone US, we just wanna get rich and live peacefully

There is a global supply chain, that is presently suffering due to Covid - worldwide.

The USA or it's companies and that of e.g. Germany have invested into Mexico substantially - however for every GM or Ford, or VW or BMW being assembled in Mexico - vital parts need to be imported from e.g. China.

If one likes it or not - a car e.g. a GM or a BMW won't be affordable if ALL needed parts would be produced in a single country (market) like Mexico or Vietnam.
The investments to do so would far exceed the return of profit due to Mexico incl. the USA market just don't provide enough customers.

For every Chinese supplier in China to be replaced e.g. by a Mexico supplier or Vietnam - will make the BMW far to expensive to sell in China - which beholds the worlds largest car buyer consumer market.

World economy is dictated by the world markets - and sorry Vietnam is a rising economic nation - but nowhere near that of a world dominating market

Those young Chinese couples of the rising middle class have at average 2-3 apartment and houses (partially still paying off) And they want to enjoy life - e.g. holiday and buying a nice brand name car - and saving money for an additional apartment or house. So like any advanced social society you choose between spending money on kids or a C200 Mercedes.
At the same time you have the rural (which all own 2-3 story houses, or the smaller town population - they are aware that they can't afford a C200 Mercedes - so they bought a Geely for 10-15% of the C 200 and they have 2-3 kids at average. Match that with the big cities and you get a positive birthrate of 1.15.

My God you are jumping from one topic to another - like a rabbit in spring.

600 million people whose monthly income is barely 1,000 yuan (USD 140) - yes, but they all have a farm house or apartment and it's a disposable income figure

First don't forget that China is still receiving development aid - so it's always good/smart to highlight poverty.!!
Secondly - I wouldn't have a figure - but a substantial part of these people are supported by e.g. their family members working - as such their actual income is far higher then 1000 yuan a month. More or less all of my previous unskilled workers in Shanghai or Suzhou - earning at average around 4500Rmb - Skilled worker around 7000 Rmb, send half their money and more to their parents or family members living 2000km away in some poverty stricken or rural area.
Plus around 500-900Rmb of social security paid by the employer.

And in Shanghai a simple noodle dish costs around 45Rmb, in Suzhou around 25Rmb and in a local godforsaken farm area in Qinghai 5 Rmb

And as in almost every country in the world - it is always the "underprivileged" who have the most kids.

So what exactly are you trying to point out?
