The M142 HIMARS has an emplacement and displacement time of < 3 minutes. The three person crew (gunner, driver and crew chief) can achieve a pod reload-time of 4 minutes or less. The system is capable of launching its entire payload of six Guided MLRS in about 30 seconds.

Hm.. I wonder if Russia is going to keep up the pressure towards Siversk and Bakhmut - or keep the stalemate, and divert their forces towards Kherson.
On the other hand depending on Russia's reserves (no one really seems to know), it's "only" 150-200 km from the Sumy region to Kiev - with 80% of Ukraine's Armed Forces being 400-500km south.
